Modi Government had scrapped Article 370 that gave special status to the Former State of Jammu and Kashmir, and the Union Government bifurcated the former state into two Union Territories. Pakistan got extremely affected by this Indian Government's decision. Intelligence agencies have warned that the Pakistani military is planning to infiltrate the ISI militants in Jammu and Kashmir to create trouble in the Union Territory.
According to an assessment report by the Indian Intelligence Agency, the Pakistan Army and ISI have set up three new terrorist camps in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir to push more trained terrorists into the country. Indian intelligence agencies have identified 18 terror camps and missiles in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The terrorists have been trained there and are preparing to infiltrate into India by crossing the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir.
The agencies have identified terrorist camps and launchers. Major terrorist camps have been found in three divisions - Manshera, Godley and A-3. Under Manshera division, there are missile launchers in Balakot, Kari, Habibullah, Badrazi, Cerro Mandi, Siwai Nala, Muskra and Abdullah bin Masood. In Kotli division, terrorist camps and missiles have been recognized in Gulpur, Sesa, Parali, Dungi and Godli. In A-3 division, Terrorist camps have been found in Kali Khadi and Hazir. In addition, new camps have been reported in Bahawalpur, Pumbaa and Barnala.
