India issued a strong counter Pakistan's false propaganda on Jammu and Kashmir in United Nations Human Rights Council meet and stated that Pakistan is 'perpetrators' of human rights violations.


India launched a strong counter-attack on Pakistan at United
Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva. Vijay Thakur Singh, Secretary in
Ministry of External Affairs said that Pakistan is a hub of terrorism and blamed
Pakistan for propagating false news on Kashmir.


"The world is aware
that this false narrative comes from the epicenter of terrorism,"
Singh said in a statement on
India's behalf at United Nations Human Rights Council.


She attacked Pakistan saying that the world is aware that this false
propaganda comes from the epicentre of global terrorism, where big terrorist
leaders were given shelter for many years.


In her statement at United Nations Human Rights Council, Vijay
Thakur Singh also said that no country can accept third party interference in
its own internal matter and this also applies to India.


Representing India at United Nations Human Rights Council headquarters
in Geneva, MEA secretary east said, "The decision (to scrap special status)
was taken by our Parliament. These were sovereign decisions which are entirely
India’s internal matter. Basic services are being eased gradually (in Kashmir).
My government is taking strong measures by implementing progressive policies to
promote socio-economic equality and justice".
