US Foreign Ministry spokesperson says US won't interfere in Kashmir issue

US has said that it has not changed its policy and stands on Kashmir.Foreign Ministry spokesman Morgan Ardagas said that he met and talked to Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar as the Indian representative at the ASEAN summit in Bangkok.

At the juncture of Imran Khan asking to major world powers to support Pakistan, Morgan Ardagus saying that USA respects India's decision and won't interfere in Kashmir issue as it is India's internal matter is regarded as a major setback for Prime Minister of Pakistan.

It also should be noted that Pakistan suspended the trade ties with India and downgraded diplomatic ties. These measures of Pakistan are expected to be counterproductive.
