United States on
Tuesday had given a warning that following the scrapping of special status to
Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan based terrorists might launch attacks in India,
unless Pakistan "keep a lid on terror groups".

"I think
many have concerns that Pakistan keep a lid on terror groups that could launch
terror attacks as a consequence of the Kashmir decisions, and I don't sense
that China wants that kind of conflict or would support that," Assistant
Secretary of Defence for Indo-Pacific Security Affairs, Randall Shriver, told.

“With India's
decision in Kashmir, Pakistan seems to be planning to allow their hidden
terrorists to cross the border. I do not know if China likes or supports such
conflicts. I consider China as a diplomatic and political support to Pakistan.
India wants to establish a stable relationship with China. China, however, said
it has forged a long-standing relationship with Pakistan.”

Shriver also
said that Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar had spoken about his conversation
with US Foreign Affairs Department officials to him during his visit to the US.
As Pakistan’s push to internationalize Kashmir issue didn’t work, Pakistan is
planning to launch terror attacks in India. It also should be noted that
Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s speech in UN was seen as a hate mongering speech
and he also gave a nuclear war threat.
