Case filed against the increase in price of Aavin Milk

A case has been filed in the Madras High Court against the Tamil Nadu government's decision to increase the price of Aavin milk.

In a petition filed by Thiruvannamalai Munikrishnan, he mentioned that the Government of Tamil Nadu has announced the increase in price of Aavin milk by Rs 6 per liter.

The petition has sought to cancel the notification of the Government of Tamil Nadu as the petitioner feels that public is heavily affected by the increase in price of milk. The case is due to be heard before Two Judge Bench with the Justices Satyanarayanan and Seshasayi on Monday.
