Nose of a women was cut for registering case against her husband for illegally divorcing her through Triple Talaq

Triple Talaq was officially made illegal when the bill was passed in the parliament and the government order was also issued after the approval of president.

A woman from Uttar Pradesh was illegally divorced by her husband through triple Talaq over phone. Following this, the woman then lodged a complaint with the police. Subsequently, both the parties were summoned to the police station to inquire more about it and Police came to know that, there was no consensus.

Subsequently, the police have filed a case on the man for illegally divorcing his wife through Triple Talaq. The woman went to her husband house after registering a complaint, where her nose was cut by her husband's relatives.

The woman also got beating from her Husband relatives and she got severely hurt. Stones were thrown on the mother of the girl, who is admitted in Hospital along with her daughter for treatment. Police were informed regarding this incidents and they are deeply investigating this case.
