Update: 2019-10-11 05:24 GMT

Times of India came up with fake news without sufficient
information saying that Mamallapuram was chosen by China for the informal
summit, not by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This news was later deleted by the
Times of India saying that they had written this news without any sufficient
information.

This news was shared by many separatists backed paid twitter pages to create narrative against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Tamil Nadu. These pages are known for spreading fake news against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian government.

Reputed media houses like Times of India writing such fake news that are acting as a fuel for the seperatists to create false propaganda is shocking. Many social media users are demanding apology from Times of India for this fake news.
