Mistreatment at the C.S.I Mission hospital has caused the death of a mother and a newborn, alleges relatives

Vijin works a Professor in a Private College, near Marthandaam in Kanyakumari District. His wife, Merlin Divya, was admitted to Marthandam C.S.I Mission Hospital for delivery. Merlin Divya was taken for treatment yesterday morning followed by her delivery pain.

Suddenly, without any intimation, Merlin Divya and her newborn was taken to ambulance as witnessed by the relatives. When relatives questioned about this, doctors told that they are being taken to emergency treatment.

Relatives followed the ambulance and it stopped at the Kuzhikkarai Government hospital, which is about 300 meters from the C.S.I mission hospital. Merlin Divya and her baby were taken into the Government Hospital.

Doctors in Government hospital examined the mother and the newborn and said they both are already dead. The traumatized relatives alleged that mother and the newly born died as a result of mistreatment at the C.S.I Mission Hospital.

Reportedly, Vijin is undergoing physical and mental trauma by the loss of his wife and newborn. He is also being treated at the Kuzhikkarai Government Hospital.
