Prime
Minister Narendra Modi’s government revoked the special status to the former
state of Jammu and Kashmir and this had deeply hurt Pakistan, which is having
its own vested interests on the Kashmir valley. Pakistan is constantly trying
to internalize the Kashmir issue and is failing in its each and every attempt.

As
a consequence of scrapping down of special status, Pakistan government under
its Prime Minister Imran Khan had officially suspended the trade ties with
India completely on August 10th. This had created many problematic
disruptions in the Pakistan Markets and traders from various sectors started exercising
humongous pressure on the Imran Khan government. Pakistan had dug its own grave
by suspending its trade relations with India.

As
a result of this, Pakistan government under its Prime Mininster Imran Khan had
restored partial trade with India succumbing to domestic pressure from its
traders. Pakistan will now import life-saving drugs for cancer, tuberculosis
and cardiac problems from its bitter-enemy India. Pakistan imports nearly 50
per cent of raw materials that is needed for medicines from India.
